Open Positions

Superintendent – Virginia Projects

Seeking a dedicated and motivated team player with 5 + years of superintendent experience within the construction industry for project locations in all of Maryland, DC and in Virginia locations north of Richmond. Previous experience with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm is required.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all day-to-day on-site project operations supervising commercial projects including reading and interpreting construction documents, constructability reviews, completion of daily logs, quality control, material scheduling, jobsite safety, coordination of work and scheduling with subcontractors, owners and architects.
  • Work with the Owner, Project Team throughout the project
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification

The ideal candidate will have a 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within the construction industry. Benefits include health insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k plan with employer match, and paid time off. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Project Manager – Huntingtown, MD

Seeking a dedicated and motivated team player with 5 + years of project management experience within the construction industry for project locations in all of Maryland, DC and in Virginia locations north of Richmond. Previous experience with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm is required. This position is based out of our Huntingtown, Maryland office.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all day-to-day project operations managing commercial projects including reading and interpreting construction documents, constructability reviews, completion of daily logs, RFI’s, change orders, scheduling, quality control, job cost updates, billing projections, commissioning, project close out, coordination, and management of work with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
  • Work with the Owner, Project Team throughout the project

The ideal candidate will have a 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry. Benefits include health insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k plan with employer match, and paid time off. Salary is commensurate with experience. 

Superintendent – Southern Maryland Area

Seeking a dedicated and motivated team player with 5 + years of superintendent experience within the construction industry for project locations primarily in Southern Maryland but, some travel might be required to the DC/Metro/Virginia area. Previous experience with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm is required.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all day-to-day on-site project operations supervising commercial projects including reading and interpreting construction documents, constructability reviews, completion of daily logs, quality control, material scheduling, jobsite safety, coordination of work and scheduling with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
