Project Updates

Scheibel Construction has started construction of the new Woodlawn Fire Station located in Alexandria, VA. The project was awarded to Scheibel in December 2019. The project consists of a new 15,000 SF, two-story, 4-apparatus bay facility, designed to satisfy LEED-silver requirements. There is an existing fire station that will remain in full operation until the completion and turnover of the new building. Once the new building is complete, the existing building will be demolished and the site will be restored. The Architect for the project is BKV Group. Click here to visit BKV Group’s website.
