Scheibel Construction is pleased to announce the award of the Central Maintenance Facility for Fairfax Water. The new facility will be located at 8505 Lee Highway in Merrifield. The scope of work includes a warehouse building, administrative and maintenance building, fueling station, and vehicle wash.  Construction is anticipated to being in the Fall of 2021.
