Scheibel Construction was recently awarded the contract for the construction of a new evidence storage warehouse and a LEED Silver forensic science laboratory facility, both are roughly 27,000 SF for a total of approximately 54,000 SF. Other major items include site improvements, earthwork, grading and paving utilities, landscaping, and storm water management. This project is anticipated to start sometime in the fall of 2024.
