Scheibel CM, a new division of Scheibel Construction dedicated to Construction Management, has recently partnered with the St. Mary’s Nursing Center for preconstruction services on their new project in Leonardtown, MD.  The 32-bed facility design is a single story with wood-framed construction and all associated site development.  The projected construction timeline is Spring 2022 – Spring 2023.
