This project consisted of new construction of low income housing consisting of seventy two, two-story townhomes totaling 100,000 sq ft. Several units included basements for the two and three bedroom homes. Handicap accessible units were also included in this project.

Though poor soil conditions were experienced at many of the fourteen building clusters, the overall project was completed almost five months ahead of schedule.
